As a law firm, we recognize the importance of protecting confidential information. All information you provide to our firm — whether through either Website, by phone, by email, by text message, or in person — is treated as confidential and used solely for case-specific purposes, consistent with our professional obligations under the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar and other applicable law.

However, submitting information to either Website, sending an email, completing an intake form, sending a text message, or communicating with our firm does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship.

An attorney-client relationship is formed only after:

our firm determines that no conflict of interest exists;
we agree to represent you; and
both you and AN Law Firm, P.A. sign a written engagement agreement.

Until that time, please avoid sending information you consider highly sensitive or privileged unless requested by our office.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Technology

To improve efficiency and client service, AN Law Firm utilizes modern technology, including secure artificial intelligence ("AI") systems. These technologies may assist our attorneys and staff with:

reviewing communications;
organizing documents;
summarizing information;
transcription;
legal intake;
scheduling;
drafting communications;
identifying relevant issues for attorney review; and
improving administrative efficiency.

AI technologies assist our legal team but do not replace attorney judgment or legal advice. All legal decisions and legal advice are made by licensed attorneys.

We make reasonable efforts to use technology in a manner consistent with our professional and ethical obligations, including our duties of confidentiality. Any information processed by AI tools remains subject to the confidentiality protections described in Section 3 above and is used only for the case-specific purposes described in this Policy.

5. Recording of Communications

To improve accuracy, maintain records, evaluate legal matters, train personnel, comply with legal obligations, and improve client service, we record all telephone calls with our firm, and communications may otherwise be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or otherwise processed, including:

telephone calls;
voicemail messages;
video conferences;
virtual consultations;
online meetings;
in-person meetings where legally permissible;
website chat communications;
text messages; and
emails.

We use secure AI tools to assist with transcribing, summarizing, and organizing information and documents from these communications. These tools assist our staff but do not replace attorney review or judgment.

Florida law generally requires the consent of all parties to a telephone conversation before it may be recorded. Fla. Stat. § 934.03. Where we record calls, you will be notified that the call may be recorded (for example, through a recorded or verbal disclosure at the outset of the call), and by remaining on the line or continuing the conversation, you consent to the recording. If you do not wish to be recorded, please advise our staff at the outset of the call or communicate with us in writing instead. Where required by other applicable law, we will obtain any additional legally required consent before recording communications.

6. Communications from Our Firm

If you contact us or provide your contact information, we may communicate with you by telephone, email, text message, or other means regarding:

your inquiry;
your potential legal matter;
your existing legal matter;
scheduling;
requests for additional information;
legal updates relating to your representation;
administrative matters; and
occasional marketing or firm-announcement communications that may be relevant to your relationship with our firm.

We do not send unsolicited communications unrelated to your relationship with our firm. We may contact clients and prospective clients who have an active inquiry or request with our firm using automated systems for calls, text messages, and emails, consistent with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

You may opt out of non-essential marketing or informational communications at any time by:

clicking the unsubscribe link (where available);
replying "STOP" to applicable text messages; or
emailing an@anlawfirm.com.

We will honor opt-out requests promptly. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing or informational communications, we may continue sending communications necessary to provide legal services or respond to your requests.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary:

to attorneys and employees of AN Law Firm;
to experts, investigators, consultants, court reporters, interpreters, litigation support providers, or other professionals assisting with legal services;
